Hua Xingsheng the secretary the Pary Committee of SHAC, Qiang Hanming the vice president of SHAC, the leaders of Huizhong Economic Development Co., Ltd., each plant, Jinshang Zhujin town, relevant departments, and the South Pudong Plant, Middle-level cadres, the leaders of each business unit, and part of staff representatives attended this opening ceremony. According to the development strategy and plan, the equipments producing base was an important part of this new round of development strategy. With the care of the leaders of SHAC, and the support from each department, the mass staffs of the South Pudong Plant and the Equipment Company overcomed difficult of finishing heavy tasks in short time. They successed in reconstructing the field of Jinshan Plant and equipment proving and moving in 6 month, and did much dedication to the open the Shanghai Huizhong Equipment Producing Base.
